Well, the holiday season has passed and we are gearing up
for another promising year. Thanks to
all of guests that made 2011 great. You
are all appreciated so much!
With 2012 already underway, I’d like to take a moment to go
over some of the changes that we will be making this year. First, we will be putting the finishing
touches to our lobby area, making it a more comfortable and fun venue to hang
out in. Our goal is to feature new and
upcoming artists whose style matches that of the Shelter Hotel. Should any of you out there know any artists,
please feel free to contact me at jscharlau@shelterhotels.com. In addition to the lobby, we will also be
finishing our pool area. This is very
exciting for us and hopefully is exciting for our guests coming in during the
summer months. Lastly, we will be having
two more rooms that will be coming on-line, giving us a total of 47 rooms. One of these rooms will be Handicap
accessible, giving us the ability to cater to everyone. As always, we will be making continual
improvements to our rooms. Simple things
like full-length mirrors, better clothing storage and artwork, will improve and
accent our already comfortable, sleek and stylish rooms.
